Promotions include the attendance of NCTM events as a NHTM representative, presentations of professional development, and the submission of Mathesis articles as well as activities.

 SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE 

·       Launched Curriculum Mapping into the middle school and supported the transition to a SAU wide initiative. This included the facilitation of professional development workshops, one-on-one support and training with PerformancePLUS within the school district.
·       Developed a Response to Intervention (RTI) program for HBMS. Initiated and proposed (RTI) by identifying data based criteria, processes, schedules and tiers after attending Professional Learning Summit in Arizona 2011.
·       Served as a conduit for HBMS building wide initiatives (Data Team, ICT, Literacy Action Team) and a leader in research and development for school wide chronic concerns. Research and writing of the HBMS homework policy was the 2010 result.
·       Collaborated with math educators to align the mathematics curriculum with the Common Core, eliminate redundancies and gaps in learning. Outcomes include a focus on the middle school mathematics program, vertical and horizontal alignment, common core assessments, power standards, and data analysis.
